Naughty Amber Ale – Fat Unicorn Brewery

By Mike @mikescraftbeer

From Fat Unicorn Brewery in Plamondon Alberta comes their "Naughty Amber Ale". The beer pours a deep amber colour with a light brown head. The aroma consists of roasted malts, floral hops, mild earth and mild fruit notes. The flavour is of roasted malts and grainy malts, burnt coffee, orange, grapefruit, bitterness, earth and some caramel. The alcohol content comes in at 5.5%. This is a pretty good Amber Ale and I look forward to trying more from this brewery.

Commercial Description: Amber Ale, a beer with excellent flavoring and a crisp finish. Slightly higher in IBU for a nice balance of great taste and bitterness.
