During my trip to the Loire Valley Castles and Mont-Saint-Michel in 2016, I had the opportunity to frequently photograph my favorite subject: the play between light and shadows. This play tends to be surreal when happening in ancient buildings.
The arch in the image caught my eyes because of the shape of the shadows. They reminded me of elongated fingers trying to reach out for something. Then, when working on my katauta, I saw something different.
Like the dodoitsu, I have become very fond of the katauta. The question-answer combo is unique!
