America’s favorite Nobel Peace Prize winner and former professor of constitutional law has no legal ground for ordering a military strike on Syria. If Obama attacks anyway, he could be indicted as a “war criminal”. If he doesn’t attack, he’ll have lost so much credibility with the world, the Congress and the American people that his presidency will be seriously impaired and perhaps all but terminated.
