Lanzhou Stretched Noodle { 💸 $8.95 }
Ever since Sha Lin's food quality went down the drain, it's been hard to find a solid hand-stretched noodle place in Vancouver. Thanks to a recommendation from my co-worker, my parents and I checked out Nam Nam noodle on Main Street!
The broth was clean and flavourful. I added some chili oil for an extra kick 🌶; I didn't get the Spicy version because I don't enjoy its numbing effect. Noodles were long and slurpy with great texture 🍜.
However, since it's relatively new, service was super slow (45 min) with only one person hand-stretching each order of noodles. I also wished the beef slices were thicker so that they wouldn't disintegrate when I picked them up with chopsticks. I'd still come back though :)
