Steps to achieve this notd:
Step 1. Apply 1 coat of Nicole by OPI 3-in-1 Base, Top Coat & Strengthener
Step 2. Apply 2 coats of Nicole by OPI Yoga-Then-Yogurt
Step 3. Apply 2 coats of OPI Nail Lacquer Lights Of Emerald City
Step 4. Apply 1 coat of OPI Top Coat
