1. Apply 1 coat of Nicole by OPI 3-in-1 Base, Top Coat & Strengthener
2. Apply 2 coats of KleanColor in Neon Purple
3. Apply 1 coat of Sinful Colors in Frenzy
4. Apply 1 coat of OPI Top Coat
