This low-calorie Jamun fruit aids digestion and promotes natural bowel movement. I love making smoothies with the combination of milk and curd. This jamun fruit smoothie can also be made with curd (yogurt) alone. As this fruit has coolant effect avoid eating in nights. How to make Black jamun smoothie:

  1. Wash and deseed the plums.
  2. Add in juicer or mixie along with yogurt, milk, and sugar.
  3. Grind to a smooth creamy consistency.
  4. Add some more milk if you want the smoothie to be thin.
  5. Serve in glasses with a dash of honey and garnish with mint leaves.
