- Remove your makeup everyday. A must!
- Drink lots of water daily and drink less soda. Stay hydrated!
- Get your beauty sleep, at least 7 hours daily.
- At night, try using retinoids. Helps with wrinkles and also fades spots and scarring.
- Don’t overuse acne products. This can lead to drying and in some cases severe drying. Follow the recommended instructions.
- Use sunscreen. This is an absolute. Look for oil free or sunscreen made specifically to not clog pores.
- Don't stress. Try a new thing called yoga and RELAX!
- Read books. Books takes your mind to other places.
