We all know about nykaa.com, it is an online shopping website for makeup and skin care products. I have heard a lot about them so decided to go forward and shop with them and besides that I love online shopping so much especially when it comes to buying makeup . Read on to know about my shopping experience at nykaa.

Best features: Nykaa.com is one of the fastest growing beauty and wellness website in India. The website is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. Each items has been categorized like makeup, skin care, hair care etc and each of these categories have their respective sub categories too. Still, if you are looking for any product in particular, you can type it in the search bar present in the top right corner of the website. There is also a drop down menu of all the available brands just beside it. Free shipping of products is available if your order amount is Rs. 500 and above and free cash-on-delivery on orders above Rs. 1000. They also store a lot of skin care and grooming products for men. They have a separate section featuring discounts, offers and deals on your favorite beauty products.
My shopping experience with nykaa.com:I placed my order with them on 9th May 2014 and opted to pay through my debit card. Here is the snapshot of the products I ordered. Since I placed my order of Friday, I got a Maybelline Colorama nail paint as a free gift.
The checkout process was easy. Just fill in your details, choose your payment option and you are done! I got a confirmation mail after placing the order successfully and one after the product has been shipped. I got a tracking number to track my products from time to time. The order got delivered to me on 15th May 2014.
All the products were bubble wrapped and was securely packed. Out of all the products, I found the Maybelline Color Tattoo eyeshadow was going to expire this December.
I called up the customer care next day and they said they can replace it once the fresh product come in stock. I waited for few more days and called them up again on 28th May 2014. This time, they told me that Maybelline has stopped manufacturing their Color Tattoo eyeshadow (uh really?) and I can keep the product with me and use it until expiry and they will refund the amount charged for it. I got the refund within 24 hours of processing. Their customer service was professional and they were very co-operative too. Overall I am very happy with my hassle free shopping experience. I am looking forward to shop with them again.
