OK, so for the last 3 weeks now I've not managed to loose any weight. I've not put the normal scales picture in for you, because quite frankly it's a bit soul destroying!!
I have however started to exercise more, so with the help of weekly Zumba classes and my Just Dance for the Wii, I'm hoping to tone up and hopefully the weight loss will follow in a few weeks.
I think from today onwards I'm going to start using a food diary, because I know that without tracking everything I eat I'm just going to continue to maintain my current weight.
I mentioned in my last weight loss post that I almost broke my neck when I was doing Zumba, so I have now traded my £6 cheap and dangerous trainers in for a new pair.
I got these for the bargain price of £31 from Sports Direct. They're not exactly what I was looking for but the closest thing I could find. They are very comfortable and the soles are good, so hopefully I should stay upright now!!
I did buy some more gym clothes to do Zumba in, but I think I'll save them for an outfit post.
