These artists perfectly craft designs that are romantic, simply chic, vintage, yet modern, delicate and just absolutely feminine. I have dreams about these breathtaking gowns, and I’m sure you will too.
BHLDN is by far my favorite bridal brands, not only for their breathtakingly beautiful gowns, but their glamorous vintage accessories and lovely entertaining pieces, featuring it as one my first wedding posts. BHLDN Spring 2014 Each lovely piece gets me more and more excited as I click next. It brings me to a whimsical garden, full of magical romance and beauty.Strands of tiny pearls artfully draped forming decadent garlands, pure silk tulle and satin make the Ortensia gown one of my favorites.
The Leyna transform any bride into a goddess dripped in crystals.Exquisitely Perfectly embroidered in delicate three-dimensional flowers, the Sian reminds me of blooming summer gardens.BHLDN’s accessories are just to beautiful for words, The curvature necklace resembles antique lace beaded together with pearls, while the gold crystal lattice sash airy latticework.The Onyx is truly romantic, the voluminous layers of tulle and lacey sheer back will take your breath away.At once Structured yet billowy with cascading layers of chiffon, this is a fit for a romantic goddess.This ribboned silk beauty is sleek, sexy and effortlessly romantic.The Vera Wang Spring 2014 takes you to a magical garden, where unique detailed blooms grace sleek silhouettes. A lover of lace, I just adore the unique take on the classic texture, along with billowing skirts of tulle, structured yet simple lines. Even her colored Spring 2013 gowns, if they were in soft neutral hues, and classics rank as some of the most beautiful gowns for me, making Vera Wang my absolute favorite bridal designer.
With large bloom appliques, the Macy transforms the classic lace gown, into sheer modern grace.From afar the Matilda looks like a simple strapless gown, but when looked closely the impeccable detailing of whimsical lace appliques is what makes Vera Wang a master of her art.I just can’t get enough os this collection unique lace details, especially when used to create a fun peplum skirt on the Madeline.There’s no need for added sashes with organza flowers with the Mallory, because the detailed overlay resembles a beautiful and delicate flower garden.The Jenny Packham 2014 bridal collection makes all my vintage dreams a reality. Her effortless silhouettes and ornate beading, resemble the grace and beauty of glamorous affairs, where champagne fizzled and dancing was required all night. Jenny Packham brings us to another era with her stunning designs, making her another one of my favorites.
I’ll admit my favorite gowns from the 2014 collection are the Florence, Rita and Nanette because they are the epitome of classic 1920′s glamour, grace and elegance. Perfect for a bride you wants to be effortless chic.Soft chiffon and sheer embroidering, make the Kitty an effortlessly lovely gown.My jaw dropped when I saw the Alexia gown, with delicate crystal details that make sheer sleeves and graceful chiffon shine like diamonds.I’ve just discovered Sarah Seven and after gazing through the Spring 2014 vintage inspired bohemian chic gowns, I fell in love. Every design, is the epitome of “oh so dreamy” romantic. Delicate lace, soft tulle, textures and silhouettes that exude femininity.
Clementine and Southern Comfort are the perfect blend of elegant boho chicness.The Yvette is an elegant sleek lace gown, while the Blythe is perfect for the boho style bride.I’ve been smitten with Claire Pettibone‘s stunning details, lace, and heirloom styles for quite some time. There may not be a designer who has quite mastered the art of mixing vintage, modern romantic style, and exquisite feminine detail as she has. The 2014 Decoupage collection layers different laces with silk, flower appliques with delicate hand beading cutting to create gowns that are simply wear timeless works of art.
Vintage lace graces the Charlotte from head to toe.I find nothing more romantic and feminine than a long delicate train sweeping across the aisle.A keyhole back becomes ethereal with exquisitely crafted flowers.
