My Beauty Resolutions
I know it's abit late to write my beauty resolutions. But better late than never!
So here are my four beauty resolutions for 2013!
1. Drink more water.   My Beauty ResolutionsI am guilty of not drinking the recommended daily intake of water. I know its not good for my health. Therefore, this year I will try really hard to drink plenty of water and choose water over soda drinks which is alot healthier.
We are advised to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to remain healthy and prevent dehydration.Water is also good for girls who are especially self-conscious about their skin. It can help reduce acne by flushing out toxins and bacteria in the skin.
  
2. Skip foundation.My Beauty Resolutions
I am actually doing well with this resolution. I have been using only my BB cream in 2012. So this is a resolution I want to mantain this year. The BB cream I have been using and loving is the Missha M Perfect Cover BB Cream. The coverage is very sheer but its enough for me. It evens out the skin tone and it has SPF 40+. It can be used as a moisturiser, sunscreen and primer, making it a very multifunctional product and perfect for people like me who don't really have much time in the morning. Another thing I love about this BB cream is that it doesn't give a gray cast on the face like other BB creams. If you happen to get a gray cast, letting the product oxidise on your face for a couple of minutes before applying powder would fix it.
3. Exercise regularly.My Beauty Resolutions
Every year, "exercise more" or "exercise regularly" has always been part of my new year resolutions. And every year, I have consistently failed miserably to follow it. It's always because I'm lazy, I'm tired, I have to study..etc. I really hope I can find the motivation to keep going to the gym this year. 
4. Take my vitamins.My Beauty Resolutions
I used to take a multivitamin and a fish oil capsule everyday. I tend to always forget to take my vitamins every morning. So this year, I will strive to start remembering to take my daily vitamins again.
