Chris Brown is a busy man right now. Not only is he on tour, Chris is also gearing up to release his “Royalty” album this fall. Yesterday, Chris teased fans with a clip of the music video to “Liquoor.” The self-directed clip, which was shot in downtown Los Angeles last month, finds a tipsy BChris Brown stumbling through a room, while a sexy young lady leads him on.
