According to The New York Times (“Titans Clash as Donald Trump’s Run Fuels His Feud With Rupert Murdoch”),

“Rupert Murdoch never thought much of Donald J. Trump. . . . ‘Phony’ was how Mr. Murdoch often described him to friends.”

Several years ago, Mr. Murdoch’s New York Post reported that the exclusive Maidstone golf club in East Hampton planned to deny Mr. Trump a membership, Mr. Trump screamed that he would sue for libel.

Trump and Murdoch aren’t pals.

“Now, as Mr. Trump holds on to a first-place position in the polls while being roundly denounced across the political spectrum for harsh statements about Mexican immigrants [the NYTimes meant to say, “illegal aliens”] and for belittling Senator John McCain’s war record, he has already lost the man who controls many of the nation’s most important media organizations.”

It’s true.  Trump is being “roundly denounced” by politicians and mainstream media outlets across the country.

In fact, the only group who’s not “roundly denouncing” Mr. Trump is the American people.

“When is Donald Trump going to stop embarrassing his friends, let alone the whole country?” Mr. Murdoch wrote on Twitter on Saturday after Mr. Trump mocked Mr. McCain for having been captured as a pilot during the Vietnam War.”

If Mr. Trump is embarrassing some Americans, he’s also inspiring lots more.

Why?

Because he’s trying to tell the truth.  He’s not “playing it smart” (like virtually every other candidate). He’s not triangulating and calculating each of his public statements.  He’s trying to play it honest.

Because Trump’s trying to serve the best interests of the people rather than the special interests of the oligarchs and New World Order advocates like Rupert Murdoch.

When was the last time you had a chance to vote for a candidate who actually inspired you?  I can recall only one previous candidate in my lifetime who actually inspired most Americans.  Reagan.  We didn’t just vote for that man.  We were proud to vote for him.

I’m not going to argue that Trump is our next Reagan, but I will argue that he might be.  Who else?  You may choose to vote for another candidate, but who else could you be genuinely proud to vote for?  Hillary?

• “On Sunday, The Wall Street Journal, the crown jewel of Mr. Murdoch’s print company, News Corporation, published a scathing editorial calling Mr. Trump a “catastrophe.” And The Post’s front page screamed, “DON VOYAGE,” under a headline declaring, “Trump is toast.”

Can you remember any other political candidate ever . . . who inspired as much instant negative mainstream media commentary . . . in less than three weeks after Trump announced his candidacy?

David Duke was treated with more respect.   George Wallace was treated with more respect.

If we could exhume Adolph Hitler, revive him and enter him into the Presidential race, even he might not inspire as much negative press in such a short period of time as Donald Trump.

What’s that tell us?

Well, that depends on how you view the mainstream media.

If you believe the mainstream media is built on honesty and integrity, the negative press on Trump tells us that Donald Trump must be a terrible man who shouldn’t be allowed to run for the presidency let alone win that office.

On the other hand, if you believe that the mainstream media (MSM) is largely dishonest, corrupt and controlled for the benefit of the government, New World Order and oligarchs, the headlines castigating Trump tell us that Trump poses a serious and legitimate threat to the lying, corrupt politicians and New World Order elite who are seeking to destroy this country.  If the MSM is bad, Trump should be good.

•  Some people think Trump’s candidacy is part of a conspiracy intended to serve the Jews or Hillary Clinton or whoever by Trump’s ability to split the Republican Party and guarantee a Democrat victory in next year’s election.

I doubt that’s true.

I think that the mainstream media’s instant, repeated and venomous attacks on Trump are evidence that he really is a populist interested in the America’s best interests rather than the special interests of government and the elite.

Trump scares the elitists because he’s one of them, but he’s not with them.

Trump scares the government, Republican and Democrat leadership because he could win.

Worse, he could win without the elitist’s support and without being obligated to them.

Worse than that, Trump seems determined to try to tell the truth.  If so, he’s the natural nemesis of all liars in politics and all liars in mainstream media.

More, most Americans are so distrustful of the MSM that the MSM’s virulent condemnation of trump will only work in his favor.

The more I see the mainstream media condemn Trump, the more convinced I become that he’s the one candidate in the entire spectrum who’s determined to serve this nation’s best interests rather than the elite’s special interests.

If so, he’d better watch his step, avoid riding in convertibles, or he might get shot by a “lone wetback”.
