Mug Monday – Peanut Butter Mug Cookie

Mug Monday is back with a Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip cookie recipe ready within minutes. These mug cookie recipes are a perfect quick last-minute treat for those late munches watching TV or kids dessert after dinner!

This is an American soft chewy recipe, and best enjoyed straight from the microwave warm.

Ingredients
1 Tbsp (15g) Butter
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Dark Brown Sugar ( Packed)
1/4 Tsp vanilla
1 Egg York
1/4 Cup Plain Flour
1 Pinch of Salt
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tbsp Crunchy Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp Chocolate Chips

Melt a table-spoon of butter for about 20-30 seconds in the microwave.

Add a table-spoon of sugar and a packed table-spoon of dark sugar and mix well with a fork.

Add vanilla and a pinch of salt, remix well.

Add an egg york and beat in with a fork

Add baking soda and plain flour and fold in with a fork

Add crunchy peanut butter to the cookie batter and mix well.

Stir in chocolate chips to the cookie mix.

Microwave for 1 minute on full power and serve.
