Mug Monday – Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Mug Cake (Eggless)

A quick light indulgent 3 minute microwave treat! Yes and it has no egg! If you like chunky peanut butter, that tastes great too – however I only had the smooth in stock. Double Choc Peanut Butter Mug Cake

Ingredients
20ml Oil
1/2 Tsp Vanilla
2 Tbsp Milk
1/2 Tsp Vinegar
40g Caster Sugar
10g Cocoa
40g Self Raising Flour
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
20g Milk Chocolate

Double Choc Peanut Butter Mug Cake

In a mug add oil

Stir in the peanut butter, vanilla and sugar.

Add the milk, vinegar, flour, cocoa and baking powder and stir well.

Add in the chocolate chunks and stir

Once everything is mixed well try to level out the batter.

Place in the microwave for 2 minutes
