Its Mug Monday again – quick easy mug cake recipe made in minutes from start to finish!
This is a lovely slighty minty chocolate delight, perfect personal size or great for two little people sharing!
Ingredients
Egg Yolk
1 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp Caster Sugar
3 Tsbp Self Raising Flour
1/2 Tsp Vanilla
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tbsp Milk
15g Mint Areo
15g Milk Chocolate
Add egg yolk and oil to a large mug
Add vanilla, sugar, baking powder and flour to mug and stir well with a folk.
Add crumbled up Chocolate Easter eggs and Mint Chocolate Areo
Stir well
Cook in the microwave for 1 minute 45 seconds
Grab a spoon and enjoy immediately.
