Hawaiian native Mr. Carmack is consistent, what I mean is not only does he release new music constantly but each song is as good as the last. On his latest called "Stroke It, Baby," we find him using the vocal samples of Aaliyah's classic "Rock the Boat." From there he adds them into a chill electronic beat that just sets the mood.
