Mr. Andrew Oliver

We need a petition to call him up to the majors.
It's obvious our current bullpen is ****ed beyond belief and we desperately need help.
Here's some of his stats (courtesy of BaseballAmerica.com) and I think you'll agree.
ERA: 1.88
So/9: 11.51
Sv: 9/9
One knock on him is that he's rocking a 7.11 ERA for his two major league seasons in 2010 and 2011 (Detroit).
But his stats show he's matured exponentially since then. Time to give him another go.
But how to make room? Simple. Cole's back on the DL.
Pittsburgh needs Andy Oliver.
