I have notebooks upon notebooks full of these kinds of collages. For a bit of nostalgia, I look back at old ones to reflect on the person/seamstress/artist I was then versus now. Just as much as the tangible papers, I also enjoy making digital collages. It’s just another opportunity to stretch my creative muscles. Instead of painting a picture with my hand and a paint brush, I create an image using a mouse. Here is just a little something I made to document Carter Rae, the green dress I just completed.
