Mood Board Monday: August Design Collaboration - Lavender Hues

Hello!  This month I participated in a design collaboration with some lovely and talented design ladies.  I chose a picture as inspiration and we each created a mood board using the color palette from the photo.  I'm amazed at how different and unique the boards are from each other.  If you didn't know about the photo, you may not have guessed we were all working with the same inspiration!
Here's the photo that I chose:

I love the purple and green together, but purple is a color that I seldom decorate with.  I chose this picture for that very reason to give myself the challenge of doing something different than I normally do.  I started creating a bathroom design, but it quickly morphed into a girl's nursery design.  I had some fun with this challenge 1) ignoring the practical and focusing on the pretty and 2) completely ignoring any sort of budget.  I'm sure you could definitely create this room for less, but I included some higher end pieces that I love.

I think the room is almost glamourous enough that you could take out the crib and transform the space into a dressing or sitting room.  What do you think?
