What’s a Vulcan Death Stare (or Glare)?

We first saw her Vulcan Death Stare in June 2009, directed at then First Lady of France Mrs. Sarkozy, the former high fashion model Carla Bruni:
On December 9, 2013, Mooch did it again.
This time, the target of her Vulcan Death Stare was the POS himself who treated the solemn occasion of Nelson Mandela’s memorial like a Justin Bieber concert, laughing and flirting with the pretty blond prime minister of Denmark Helle Thorning-Schmidt, then took a selfie of himself with the blonde and British PM David Cameron.
