Happy Monday Chickadees!! No work today, it’s the long weekend.. woo hoo!! Did you get up to much? For us, we went to the Melbourne Good Food & Wine Show and also went to see Entourage at the movies. My goodness the Good Food & Wine show was so busy, people were everywhere!!
The mani I have on for this post was actually last weeks. I recently received Colour Theory nail polish in Rose Gold in the mail so I had to test the wear of this beautiful polish.
It feels as though rose gold is all the rage right now especially in home interior decorating. I guess it’s the perfect combination of classic and modern all mixed into one shade.
This rose gold shade looks pretty awesome on my nails. After 3 days, the polish started chipping but still wearable. So in my books it wears pretty good for a drugstore brand! The consistency of this polish is perfect for a metallic polish. The polish is a little streaky when applying though but still looks great when dried.
Here I’ve used one coat of Orly Bonder, two coats of Colour Theory Rose Gold and one coat of Sally Hansen Diamond Flash top coat.
