Mohabbat Ka Sharbat or Pyaar Mohabbat Ka Sharbat is a famous, refreshing and delicious summer drink from the streets of Old Delhi. This is a 5 ingredient beverage and can be made in no time.
This is a perfect drink to consume in summers... that can give you relief from super hot sunny day. This sharbat is very popular during Ramzan and Eid.
Watermelon is my favorite fruit during summer, so I usually bring from market, after consuming two times still watermelon is still in fridge so thought what to make from this watermelon. I had usually made watermelon popsicle, slushie, or granita but wanted to try this summer something different.
Recently I saw one series on Netflix where they can show street food of every country, I saw this from India series …you know sometimes when we see something in tv e usually think we can make it in a jiffy.
So when I remembered this beautiful drink called Pyar Mohabbat ka Sharbat so I have made it and thankfully i had all the ingredients in my fridge, thanks to Bangalore summer.😰😰
This is an great drink loaded with the goodness of watermelon, rooh afza, chilled milk, sugar and ice cubes. If you don't like rooh afza or sometimes it's not available, you can try with rose syrup or rose squash also.

Ingredients:
1 cup Chilled Milk
2 tablespoon Sugar
2 tbsp Rose Syrup
1/2 cup Watermelon Juice
1/2 cup Watermelon chunks(chopped)
1/2 cup Chilled Water
Rose Petals (to garnish)
Ice Cubes (as required)
Preparation Method :
1. Mix chilled milk, sugar and rose syrup in a bowl.
2. Add watermelon juice, chopped watermelon and chilled water and mix well.
3. Add ice cubes and garnish with rose petals.
4. Serve immediately.
Notes
You can increase or decrease the amount of sugar as per your taste.
