Pacific Beer Chat From Vancouver's newest brewery Electric Bicycle Brewing in the Brewery Creek district comes their "Modernness N.E. Pale Ale". This beer pours a murky orange colour with a white head. The aroma consists of tropical fruit, mango, pineapple and peach. The flavour is of peach, mango, pineapple, citrus rind and pith, some malts with very low bitterness. The alcohol content comes in at 5.8% with an IBU of 34. While not a perfect brew this is quite tasty and I look forward to see how it grows in the future. I will be back soon to try more of their beer.
