Minzeweizen – Callister Brewing (Faculty Brewing)

By Mike @mikescraftbeer

Faculty Brewing may still be building their brewery but they have collaborated with Callister Brewing to release this small batch of "Minzeweizen" a mint tea and hefeweisen. The beer poured a cloudy orange with a white head. The aroma consisted of orange, citrus peel, wheat and peppermint tea. The flavour is of orange, citrus peel, peppermint tea, semi sweet and wheat. The alcohol content comes in at 4.6%. This was quite enjoyable and I look forward to more beer from Faculty Brewing.
