Mooch dancing at a Ellen DeGeneres TV show in March 2015 (see “Is this Michelle Obama’s weenie?”)
Yesterday, April 22, 2015, FLPOS conducted a question and answer session with children during the White House’s annual “Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day.”
There were the usual questions about what it’s like living in the White House and who was her favorite person whom she’d met, to which Mooch gave the usual expected answers.
The only strange thing she said was in response to a boy named Derrell who asked, “How was it like . . . when you were a kid?”:
“When I was a kid? You know, I had a normal childhood. I grew up in Chicago…. I was kind of a tomboy when I was little, because I had a big brother and I used to box with him. My father used to box, so he bought us both boxing gloves. My brother had big ones, I had little ones. And I used to beat up my brother and my cousins. I loved baseball and softball…. But otherwise, I was just a regular little girl.”
Mooch’s brother is Craig Robinson, who is older than 51-year-old Mooch by l year 10 months. He stands 6 feet 6 inches and is a former head men’s basketball coach at Oregon State University and Brown University, and a star forward as a player at Princeton University in the early 1980s. He currently works as an analyst for ESPN.
Now let the jokes about Michael, err, Michelle begin. LOL
