I cannot, cannot, cannot believe that it is Christmas Eve...eeek!
I've always loved Christmas Eve the best :) I think that Christmas Day is always a tiny bit
sad, since it means that all of the Christmas traditions are coming to an end for another year.
I'll be working a half day today.
Then going to dinner with my Dad's side of the family.
Then a candlelight Christmas Eve service at my grandparents' church.
Then to Toy & Granddad's house to open gifts.
We've done this since before I can remember, and it's always such a great time with family.
My brother is staying the night at my apartment on Christmas Eve, so that on Christmas
morning we can wake up early and head over to our parents' house to open gifts with them.
From there I'll be going to my other grandparents' house for lunch and to spend time with
my Mom's side of the family. And I'll wrap up the day spending some time at Adam's mom's
house.
Should be a wonderful few days spent with lots of people that I love :)
I'm excited to give (and let's be honest...receive) gifts and just be in each other's company.
And of course, I'll be thinking about the whole point of Christmas throughout all of this -
the fact that my Savior was born into this world to save me and cover me with grace & mercy.
Now that's love!
Adam & I went to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party
at Disney World on Friday...that's where all these pictures are from!
Do you have any special plans for the next few days?
Whatever you do, enjoy every second of it!
Merry Christmas :)
