Chilly Vancouver and ramen just go hand-in-hand. 🍜 This comforting bowl was made with chicken broth, so it's a lot lighter than the more traditional pork version. Served with pork belly cha-shu, chicken chashu, green onion, leek, radish sprouts, half seasoned soft boiled egg and onion.
It's a solid choice that's conveniently located near the Cambie-Broadway Canadaline, but my go-to is still Marutama.⠀
