Men And Women Are Both From Planet Earth

You've heard it before: Men are from Mars, Women from Venus. But it's not true. As a matter of fact, it's nonsense. Men and women have traditionally been said to possess distinct personality traits which make them so dissimilar they may as well come from different planets.
Although there are small average differences between men and women for some qualities, such as aggression, there is so much overlap between the two groups that no trait can be designated as either male or female, researchers from the University of Rochester in the USA found.
