By Natasha Bhatt
Hi girls,
It has been such a long time that I have reviewed any nail paint here. Well as I have mentioned before also that I am not a nail paint fan at all. It all depends on my mood first thing first. Secondly I find applying nail paint a stressful thing..haha.. trust me it is for me. So whenever I feel like or in a good mood I do apply nail paint. Today I shall be reviewing a shade from the Maybelline Color Show Nail Paint collection. These cute bottles have taken everyone by surprise with the wide shade selection and the fact it is so inexpensive. I shall be reviewing Pink Voltage in no 010 today. Lets find out more about this shade in my review...Maybelline Color Show Nail Paint - Pink Voltage Review, Swatches and NOTD

The nail paint comes in their signature packaging where the brand name and the collection in which it has been launched is mentioned on the cap. It is black in color with white imprints. The bottle is chubby and cute. The shade is easily understood because it is transparent. The brush is just right to apply the nail paint effectively. Overall cute packaging for the price.

I just tried to be creative by using some bindis I  had or as some may say rhinestones. I am not big on nail art but hope you girls like it ☺

The nail paint is a true bubble gum pink shade which is blue based. We all girls in our childhood or teenage years had this craze for baby pink nail polishes. I remember my first one  was a baby pink one which I got for 20 bucks :D This nail paint is so so pretty it really blew me away. It is blue toned as you may have noticed and looks so pretty when it catches the light gives an almost dual chrome effect . It has a metallic finish which is my favorite kind  in nail polish. The consistency is  bit thin if you thoroughly shake the bottle before using. I applied 3 coats to get a nice saturated color which I am ok with, could be a problem with some. It lasted me for 4 days after repeatedly putting my hand in the water which is great. You can use a base coat or a top coat to avoid chipping and increase its longevity. It will suit most skin tones.Pink is every girl favorite shade to sport so this will be a good option to go for.
The Good:
Easily available even online.
Wide variety of shades to choose from.
Beautiful baby pink with  metallic finish on the nails.Looks dual chrome when it hits the light.
Inexpensive.
Value for money.
Will suit most skin tones.
Does not chip easily.
The not so Good:
Can't think of any apart from the fact you need to apply 2 coats or more which is not a con for me.
Rating: 5/5
This was my first time using a Maybelline nail paint. The shade is truly versatile and definitely worth a try for 75 bucks. You cannot ask for more. It is girly and fun. Coming spring summer this would definitely be a pretty shade to sport. Hence I highly recommend this shade.
