Hello you beauties!Maybelline is like on a product launch spree as of late, and we are chasing our fast-emptying pockets. Why Maybelline, why? But being true to our responsibilities--both towards new launches and you guys, who want to know if the new launch is worth investing or not--we do not lag behind when it comes to new purchases.
So the product we will be reviewing on the blog today, is more of a revamped or refurnished re-launch than a clear cut new launch. The Color Show Blushes, according to me are pretty similar to the existing Cheeky Glow blushes from Maybelline--with same shade names, similar pricing but with a different packaging. Now let us see if the Color Show Blushes are worth the splurge or not.

Packaging
Packaging of the color show blushes is quite similar to the sleek pans of the cheeky glow blushes from the same brand, with the only difference being in the color of the outer packaging which is black instead of white. The packaging is anyhow really sturdy and does not feel cheap at all. Plus the dome shaped pressed blush powder is really cute and very convenient to use.

Shade And Pigmentation
The shade Fresh Coral is indeed a really fresh looking coral-ly peach-y shade with strong orange-pink undertones. The shade is a really adorable combination of bright pink and orange-y coral which looks really natural on the cheeks without overpowering the makeup look. And because the blush is really heavy on coloured pigments, I would advise you use a really light hand while working with this baby.
Texture
The Color Show blush has a really smooth texture which feels rather satiny on the skin. It is not at all powdery or chalky and goes on super smooth on the skin.
Staying Power
The best part about the blush is that it fades off really evenly and does not go patchy at all. I have really oily skin and this blush stays put on me for a good 4 hours (even when I sweat) after which it starts fading off slowly and does not make the cheeks look ruddy.
Do I Recommend?
If you want a daily wear peachy pinky blush wchich makes you look fresh for a good 4-5 hours, I would highly recommend this baby from Maybelline.
