Relief that your city street parked vehicle is still in tact and miraculously ticketless. Relief that no scary letters or messages are awaiting your return home. Relief that you've finally kicked the bad weather vacation curse, and actually have a tan to show for it (not that you can tell in these photos).
While we managed to have our BEST (and very Insta-worthy) vacation to date, I completely maxed out on piña coladas, ceviche, and chilaquiles. Therefore loose silhouettes and dark colors are my best friends until I dry out and lose a dozen or so lbs.
Who says you can't wear black in summer? Black is very summer appropriate, and looks fabulous when paired with a tan. More and more I've been seeing cool chicks around my very stylish neighborhood rocking simple, cotton black maxi and midi dresses (I'm not ashamed to steal their style!).
