Anyone who wanted to know why undrafted rookie Jeff Tuel is the leader in the clubhouse to start for Buffalo in week 1 while EJ Manuel recuperates needs only to look at this line. That’s vomit right there. Check out that rating. It literally can’t get any worse than what he did. Sure he just arrived in Buffalo but he’s been playing quarterback for his entire life. How can you be this bad? Even with the 2 INTs he only hit 50% of his passes. Guy is just the worst.

Oh and for your weekly reminder that the Bills are doomed forever, via ESPN: Marrone announced safety Jairus Byrd has a foot injury, and has traveled to North Carolina to be evaluated by specialist Robert Anderson. Byrd is a two-time Pro Bowl safety who missed the entire offseason before signing his one-year, $6.9 million franchise tender last week. And Buffalo lost veteran reserve guard Doug Legursky to what is feared to be a significant left knee injury.
Probably didn’t need to run him out there after he had been sitting on his ass all summer waiting for the Bills to sign him to an extension. Probably should have just paid our best defensive player when we had the chance. Good work all around if you ask me. Really excited that Jairus Byrd and Stephon Gillmore, our two best defenders in the secondary, are going to be out week 1. Awesome.
