Mummy tips:
- Trust the size guides. I was buying my normal, pre-pregnancy size (their clothes will stretch where it needs to).And by the end of my pregnancy, I was buying one size up (only if the material was viscose, elastane) otherwise my normal size.
- Mix and match regular clothes, maternity clothes and accessories.
- Through all my pregnancy I was wearing knee high compression stockings. They are very hard to put on, but they improve the blood flow, prevent varicose veins, spider veins, water retention and the best part is that they look similar to normal stockings.
- Ask your doctor to prescribe compression stockings, they will measure your leg at the pharmacy so you get a good fit!
