Perfectly cooked egg 🥚 with good yolk flow. The moist pork had a subtle sweetness, unlike most typical BBQ pulled porks 🐽. The crust of the housemade bread 🍞 was difficult to cut through with the butter knives🍴... so I tried eating it with my hands 🖐🏾, and then proceeded to plop my egg on table. 5 second rule tho.
My ultimate technique was skewering everything with my fork only 🍢. The pickled red onions weren't too acidic, and actually lent some sweetness. FYI - charmoula is a marinade used in Moroccan cooking, which commonly includes garlic, cumin, coriander, oil, lemon juice and salt... it was just yummy 🤤
