One of the main things on my bucket list is to skydive somewhere all by myself. I must say I have been always avoiding this task as I was a little bit scared to jump from thousands of feet above the earth. But, I guess I could maybe check that off my list now because believe it or not I have just finished a skydive over New York City.

It’s all thanks to Map Dive, a small web-based game powered by Google Maps. It simply lets you control the yellow avatar with your keyboard and guide him through hoops and collect as many stars as possible to score more points while he free-falls onto some of the popular places in the world like the Statue of Liberty and more. It’s actually one of the coolest browser games I’ve ever played.

Sadly, you can’t go lower enough to see the actual land but the game is still fun to play.
