Ingredients :
For the Cup cakes:
Milk : 100 mlSugar : 100 gms
Oil : 100 gms
Milk Powder : 50 gms
All purpose flour (Maida) : 200gms
Baking Soda : 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder : 1 tsp
Mango ripe essence : 1/4 tsp
Mango Pulp : 1-2 tbsp
For Frosting :
Whipped Cream : 1 cupMango Pulp : 1 tbsp
Yellow Color : 1/2 tsp
Method :
1. In a bowl sieve Maida, baking powder and baking soda. Set aside.
2. In a different bowl mix oil, sugar and milk. Mix well till sugar is completely dissolved.3. Now mix maida with the above mixture (step#2)
4. Add milk powder, mango essence and mango pulp. Mix it well.
5. Batter should be medium thick.
6. Fill this batter in cupcake moulds.
7. Microwave at Convection @ 200 for 30 mins.
8. Once the cupcakes come to a room temperature. Put frosting in a pipping bag and design your cupcakes.
Handy Notes
# If the batter is too thick add a little milk to it.# In case you don't have cupcake moulds, you can use aluminum moulds.
# Fill the cupcakes batter to 2/3rd of the moulds.
