A twenty-three-year-old man from Mahaiyawa, Kandy, who is said to have published nude and semi-nude photos of his fiancee, has been arrested on suspicion by the Central Province Computer Crime Investigation Unit.
Police investigations have revealed that the suspect is in the habit of building relationships with young women and uploading their nude photos on the internet.
The suspect was arrested on a complaint made by a young girl. Police said that the photos have been taken by the suspect using his mobile phone.
