Apply this oil as usual on the scalp and hair, massage gently circular motion. Leave it for at least 30 minutes before washing. You can also wrap your hair with a hot moist towel for better effect. Use this shampoo as usual, massage into the wet hair to work into a good lather. Make sure to leave in for 2-3 minutes for full absorption and rinse well. I use this shampoo twice a week to heal my dry and frizzy hair.
