What remains after using an app? Fingerprints. George Kokkinidis of Design Language decided to take a unique look at UIs by examining the smudges left after using a few mail, gaming, and drawing apps in his project, “Remnants of a Disappearing UI.” Kokkinidis first cleaned the screen, used each app for a short amount of time, and then photographed the results. It’s neat to see the different interactions that emerged, based on his finger movements.
