For some reason, I tend to get all excited with music from Major Lazer or really anything related. Maybe I've become a fanboy? Eh well, the music is just really good and tends to give me a lot of positive energy. Yet, one of the more mellow tunes in their arsenal is "Get Free," which now has a remix from an 18 year old producer that goes by BLKNGLD. It's not an official release and no word from the Major Lazer camp if they approve, but this kid did the song justice. He took certain key vocal aspects from the original and mixed them in with some synths and 808's. It's Friday and this is the type of tune you need in your collection.
