This boiler was in a basement flat in Baswater, West London. The boiler works sometimes…Just Sometimes.. but the other times..it goes to a flame failure lockout. The client said that the previous engineer told them that they need a replacement boiler. I found the problem and sorted it out for them the next day. I normally keep parts for the Main Combi boilers. But this perticular day, I ran out with that perticular part. ..I am convinced that this is a common problem with B rated baxi boilers. Anyway….Another happy client to me database…Lovely.
