OK, on to the title of this post.. Mail Call.. Beauty style. This post is actually a bit over due. I received the below items about a week ago. But I have been so busy with work, I didn't even get a chance to brag much about them. So not is my chance. I'm home relaxing, so I thought .. hey, why not?
As most of you already know about Hautelook, they had one of their awesome sales for Urban Decay a few weeks ago. I've noticed the last couple of times they had Urban Decay, I was a bit disappointed with what they had in stock to purchase, so I always walked away a bit disturbed. But I guess a few people complained, because they listened this time around. The moment I logged on for the event, I immediately gravitated to the first item on the site. It was the gorgeous Book of Shadows IV .
This puppy normally retails for $64. Hautelook had it for $29, with tax & shipping, I paid a total of $33.95. You can't beat that with a stick. There were other great items, but that was all I really wanted.It finally came last week, and I was SUPER excited!! I was already gleaming at the thought of opening up my Book of Shadows when I got home from work. So imagine my excitement, when my husband walked through the door from checking the mail, and says, " Looks like you got another package as well". I totally forgot that I had received my email confirmations stating that my Julep February Box had shipped! And I happened to have gotten it the same day I got my Hautelook package. Talk about Christmas in February!Below are some pics I took of my Book of Shadows as well as my first Julep Maven box. I'll go more in detail on a later post for the Julep Box later this week with swatches and review.
