Magnolia-licious Spring Blog Hop

By Dena13

Well, hello there everyone! I am sooooooo itching for Spring, are you?  Today the Magnolia-licious Design Team have a fun Spring Blog Hop going to get your creative juices going all those Spring projects!  You should have just come from Karen's blog.
Here is my project.  I was wanting to create a little Magnolia Spring Village centerpiece that I could put out on my dining table and this is what I came up with.

I started with the cute little house from Creations by AR Tea Cottage and changed up the bottom portion so that it was just a house and not a tea dispenser.  I used the Magnolia Doohickey Swedish Lace and added some chunky glitter after it had been distressed with Walnut Stain Ink.

I colored the cute "Tilda and Her Bunny" from the Butterfly Dream Colletion with Intense Pencils and cut her out.

I used an old Christmas cookie tin for the base and covered it with pretty paper and rose lace and pearls and flowers.  The fluffy pink "grass" is a material I bought at a fabric store that was for baby blankets.  It was the perfect grass for this sweet Tilda to sit on.  I threw on some cute flowers and glittered eggs for that Eastery look.  Mixed in with the flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts is the Doohickey Heart Swirl.
