Hi friends! How's it going?
Today I'm sharing a card for the Magnolia-licious Challenge and the theme is "Celebrate"! That's a pretty easy theme and it gave me a chance to use one of my older stamps that I still LOVE. I hope you will want to join the challenge. You can color your Magnolia, Wee, & Wild Rose Studio images/projects BUT your project MUST celebrate something (new baby, wedding, birthday, anniversary, graduation, going away, etc.)!
I decided to make a birthday reminder box. I have a birthday reminder book but with the huge/fat cards that I make, they simply won't fit in that tiny pocket. I saw the idea here at Pink Buckaroo Designs. She gave some wonderful instructions, but I had to change the dimensions for my 6x6 cards.
I made 6 tabs and used half of the months on the front and then you flip it over the the other half are on those same tabs. I really don't think I will be working more than six months ahead! Good golly, I am lucky to work 2 days ahead haha!!
I've colored her with my fav Inktense pencils and the paper are the Vintage Spring collection from Maja Designs. I printed out the little cards and sentiment off my computer.
I used a circle for the tabs but wish I had used something a little different. Gotta use what you have though.
I hope you like this little project. It was a lot of fun to make!
Thanks for stopping by my blog today!!!
Time to run!
Hugs, Dena
