Magnolia Fragrance Oil

Magnolia Fragrance OilMagnolia Fragrance Oil – Fragrance Oil Spotlight

Magnolia Fragrance Oil from Nature’s Garden is the distinct, delicate floral scent of the blooms of magnolia trees.  This hearty scent is as strong as the magnolia itself.  Magnolia is actually a large genus of about 210 flowering plant species.  Despite it’s wide genus, magnolia scents are typically modeled after red magnolias (pictured) or southern magnolias.  These fragrant blooms have a gentle appearance and a hearty structure.  The soft floral is in stark contrast to the hard wood of some magnolia species, which is harvested and sold as yellow poplar.  In a testament to the capabilities of this fragrance, a viewer from Aliceville, AL writes “Wow, Natures Garden has outdone itself again. I love this scent, and so do my customers. Whenever I am making candles, this scent makes my entire house smell awesome. This is even one of my husband’s favorite scents.”  Resilient, strong, and useful; Magnolia Fragrance Oil is sure to please in any scented application!

How Do Our Customers Use Magnolia Fragrance Oil?

Magnolia Fragrance Oil can be used to create incomparable room scenting products!  Potpourri and incense can be made with a maximum recommended level of 50% fragrance oil.  This fragrance also performs nice and strong in aroma beads.  Warming homemade candles can be created with this floral aroma. Candle crafters will be happy to learn that this fragrance performs perfectly in Joy Wax and Wow Wax.  Magnolia also does well in Soy wax, and is gel wax compatible.  The recommended maximum usage for this fragrance oil is 10% when used with vegetable wax or paraffin wax.  We suggest using one drop of red liquid candle dye per four pounds of wax.  You can also shred a small amount of red color blocks into your melted wax.  Never use crayons to color your candles as they will clog your wick.

Our customers create fragrant bath and body products with Magnolia scent.  Incorporating Magnolia up to 5% in your recipes can make your bath gels, bath oils, and bath bombs stand out.  Soap makers can use up to 5% fragrance oil in cold process soap or melt and pour soap recipes.  Our Cold Process Soap Testing Results show us that soaps made with Magnolia Fragrance Oil exhibit some acceleration, so soap at room temperature.  Cured bars of soap had an amazing scent and did not discolor.  There was no ricing or separation. If you wish to color your soap, we recommend using red soap colorant in the amount of your liking.  Remember never to use candle dye in bath and body products as candle dyes are not body safe.

Magnolia Fragrance Oil can be used in floral products of all types.  With a maximum usage of up to 5%, this fragrance oil performs perfectly in homemade perfumes and body sprays.  Luxurious handmade lotions pair nicely with Magnolia scent, which can be used at a maximum of 5% fragrance oil.  Customers also create homemade cleaning products which can incorporate a maximum of 5% fragrance oil.
