Magaluf at Sunrise

I am going to start back to front with our recent trip to Palma, Mallorca and what better way to begin a story than with the trip back. Confused? Confused as to why I am starting the holiday blog post series with our plane journey back? Well, let me just swiftly say that instead of being back at home in my comfortable Designer’s Guild bed at 10 pm on Saturday night, I wasn’t able to enjoy it until 10pm Sunday night. It was a “trip” that landed us at the Katmandu Hotel in Magaluf. And no, I really am not joking. Welcome to our temporary home for Saturday night, whilst our Easy Jet plane was cancelled from Palma Airport. We originally picked Palma to travel to as it was a direct flight from Edinburgh airport to Palma Airport which only takes 2.5 hours with Easy Jet, the only company flying direct from Edinburgh.
