I've heard of Lux here and there in random conversation and this morning I asked the boyfriend to head there with me. We couldn't have been happier or more surprised with the flavor of our food. The Veggie Egg Bake had all the right warm comforting spices and flavors while the Steel Cut Oat Oatmeal contrasted perfectly with its filling sweet goodness. The apples added a delectable touch of sugar.
The interior has a modern urban feel with touches of retro furniture. I would have taken more interior photo's but Lux was packed this Sunday morning and I'm still a little shy when it comes to whipping out my camera in public.
The soy lattes were easily some of the best we've ever had. The colorful straws made my morning.
Aaaaand, we're full. Off to enjoy the rest of our Sunday!
