I’m excited to bring you all a review of the Summer Lust Have It FaB (Fashion and Beauty) Box! This quarterly box offers over $100 worth of fashion and beauty products for only $35.
Here’s what the Summer edition included:
I was very excited to see 3 Casper & Lewis Konjac Sponges included in this season’s box. Konjac sponges are quickly gaining popularity in the beauty community for it’s effective but gentle cleansing and exfoliating and I think that’s it’s fabulous LHI have included 3 different sponges, each for a different skin type as this ensures all subscribers receive the correct sponge for their skin type as well as having a couple extra to use in the future or to give away to friends and family. I’m excited to give mine a go!
A MeMeMe Comsetics Trio Collection Eyeshadow Palette was also included and is available in a range of shades. I have tried some of their products in the past and they are quite nice, delivering great texture and pigmentation in their items.
From Bodyography, the Eye Pencil and Oxyplex Sheer Cheek Colour featured in the box. This is a brand I haven’t tried in the past so I am looking forward to trying both, though I am most looking forward to the loose powder blush which is a gorgeous everyday, pink shade. The cheek color also comes with a cute little pink poof for application. The eye pencil in the white shade is also a great addition to any makeup routine as when used on the waterline, it not only brightens the eye but also allows it to appear wider and more awake.
A Coussinet Necklace in a number of styles was also included and I received an eclectic, tribal style, blue and silver necklace. Although it’s not in the style of jewelry I would wear everyday, I think it would work as a nice statement necklace, paired with a black or white outfit.
The Body Shop samples of the Drops of Youth Concentrate, Vitamin C Instant Glow Enhancer and Italian Summer Fig EDT were the final items in the box this month. While sachet samples aren’t my favorite things in the world, I do appreciate the range of products included and the Italian Summer Fig fragrance is a definite winner.
Overall, I think this is a great Summer Fashion and Beauty FaB Box! The value is definitely there and there is a great range of products from skincare to makeup and fashion, however, as this is a Fashion and Beauty box, I would’ve loved to have a seen a more balanced inclusion of products as there was only 1 fashion product included this season. Having said that, all the products from the box fit in very well with the Summer theme so I am very much looking forward to seeing what next season’s box holds!
